生物碳对基质理化性质的影响毕业论文

摘 要

生物炭一词这些年来早已成为了非常火热的词语,为了响应国家在秸秆资源利用、泥炭资源保护方面的政策,我们决定将不同秸秆制作成生物炭来替代基质配制上的泥炭使用,以此来达到泥炭资源的保护、秸秆资源的加强利用等目的。本次实验中我们将大豆、玉米、水稻、小麦秸秆制成了大豆、水稻、小麦、玉米秸秆生物炭以及老化过后的玉米秸秆生物炭,分别在0.5、1、2、4的体积比例上代替泥炭在基质中的使用。将大豆、小麦、水稻、玉米以及老化的玉米秸秆生物炭标记为S、M、D、Y、L,例如大豆的四种体积比例分别标记为S0.5、S1、S2、S4。以此类推其他种生物炭在四种体积比例下的标记方法。

实验旨在找出生物炭合适的替换比例,以此来达到节省泥炭资源,有效利用秸秆资源的目的。

通过试验我们发现生物炭对基质理化性质的影响分为如下几个方面:

  1. 生物炭影响基质含水率

生物炭含水率的优势体现在生物炭的体积比为1的时候,通过实验观察,我们发现生物炭的持水率确实要优于泥炭,当生物炭体积比为2时,大多数含水率也是高于对照组的。

  1. 生物炭影响基质pH值

随着生物炭体积比的增加,基质的pH值也逐渐升高,当生物炭体积比例达到4时,基质的pH值也达到了高,可得生物炭具有碱性。

  1. 生物炭影响基质氮含量

在本次实验中大豆、小麦、水稻、玉米秸秆生物炭随着体积比的增加,氮含量也增加,只有老化的玉米秸秆生物炭有所下降。

  1. 生物炭影响基质磷含量

与氮含量的情况相似,随生物炭体积比增加,大豆、小麦、水稻、玉米秸秆生物炭磷含量明显上升,而老化的玉米秸秆生物炭有所下降。

  1. 生物炭影响基质钾含量

与预想的不同,生物炭中并没有丰富的钾含量,除了大豆秸秆生物炭随体积比例升升高,钾含量升高外,其他的都有所下降。

The effects of biochar on the physical and chemical properties of matrix

ABSTRACT

These years ,the word“biochar”has already been very popuplar.In order to response to the country‘s policy on the utilization of straw resources and the protection of peat resources,we decided to make straw into biochar to replace the peat,so that we can achieve the protection of peat resources and the utilization of straw resources.In this experiment,we made soybean,corn 、rice and wheat straw into soybean 、corn、 rice、 wheat straw biochar and old corn staw biochar,we substituted peat in the matrix with a valume ratio of 0.5、1、2and4 respectively.We labeled soybean、wheat、rice 、 corn and old corn straw biochar as S、M、D、Y、L ,and different potations of biochar such as soybean as S0.5、S1、S2、S4,the same to other biochar.

The main purpose of this experiment is to find the right propotations of biochar to replace,So that we can save peat resources and effectively utilize straw resources.

Through the experiment we found:

( 1 ) biochar affects matrix moisture content

When the volume ratio of biochar is 1, the advantage of the water content of biochar can be reflected.. through experimental observation, we find that the water retention rate of biochar is indeed better than peat. when the volume ratio of biochar is 2, most of the water content is also higher than that of the control group.

( 2 ) biochar affects pH value of matrix

With the increase of the volume ratio of biochar, the pH value of the matrix also gradually increases. when the volume ratio of biochar reaches 4, the pH value of the matrix also reaches high, and the obtained biochar is alkaline.

( 3 ) biochar affects matrix nitrogen content

In this experiment, the biochar of soybean, wheat, rice and corn stalk increased with the increase of the volume ratio, and only the aged biochar of corn stalk decreased.

( 4 ) biochar affects matrix phosphorus content

Similar to the situation of nitrogen content, with the increase of the volume ratio of biochar, the phosphorus content of biochar of soybean, wheat, rice and corn straw increased obviously, while the biochar of aged corn straw decreased somewhat.

( 5 ) biochar affects matrix potassium content

Unlike expected, biochar is not rich in potassium. In addition to the increase in the volume ratio of biochar from soybean straw, the potassium content also increased ,other biochar has decreased.
