不同家系枫杨茎、叶表观形态特征毕业论文

摘 要

枫杨是我国长江中下游地区广泛分布的一种重要的优良乡土树种,本文主要针对前期野外播种的13个家系枫杨2年生幼苗的茎叶形态特征进行研究。探讨不同家系枫杨幼苗株高、地径、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、鲜质量、一级侧枝数等指标的差异及不同指标之间的相关性,为发掘、选育枫杨优良种质资源提供参考。结果表明:不同家系的株高分布在53.34cm-103.2cm,平均株高为78.30cm,地径分布在7.04mm-10.41mm,平均地径为8.57mm,叶长分布在4cm-5.56cm,叶宽分布在1.33cm-1.66cm,叶面积分布在3.6cm2-6.56cm2,鲜质量分布在18.2g-79.16g,一级侧枝数分布在12-19个。不同家系2年生幼苗之间株高、地径、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、鲜质量、一级侧枝数之间均呈极显著差异(P lt;0.01);2年生枫杨幼苗各器官生物量为:树干gt;叶gt;侧枝,且各器官生物量均呈现极显著差异。总体而言,2号生长最好,13号生长最差。

Apparent morphological characteristics of stem and leaf within families of Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC 

ABSTRACT

is an important native tree species widely distributed in the middle part of the Yangtze River in China. This study mainly focused on the stem and leaf morphological characteristics of 2-year-old seedlings of Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC planted in the field one year ago. We focused on the differences in the height, ground diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, fresh quality and the number of main side branch of Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC, aiming to explore the correlation between different indicators and to explore and select superior species of Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC. The results showed that the plant height distribution of different families was 53.34cm-103.2cm, the average plant height was 78.30cm, the ground diameter was 7.04mm-10.41mm, the average ground diameter was 8.57mm, and the leaf length was 4cm-5.56cm. the distribution of leaf width was 1.33cm-1.66cm, the leaf area was 3.6cm2-6.56cm2,the fresh biomass was 18.2g-79.16g, and the number of main side branch was 12-19. There were extremely significant differences in plant height, ground diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, fresh biomass, and number of main side branch among the two-year old seedlings of different families (P lt; 0.01).The amount was: stemgt; leaf gt;side branches, and the biomass of each organ showed extremely significant differences. Overall, No. 2 Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC grew best while the No. 13 Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC grew worst.

1 前言

1.1枫杨研究状况

枫杨(Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC),胡桃科枫杨属落叶速生大乔木,是《中国植物志》中八大现代枫杨之一[[1]],由于枫杨为我国乡土树种,所以国外的相关报道极少,国内关于它们的研究也是近些年才有所增加。尤其是三峡工程建成以来,枫杨作为优势乡土树种,成为三峡库区消落带生态植被修复备选树种之一,因此引起更多学者的关注[[2]-[3]]。枫杨在长江中下游流域和淮河流域分布较广,主要集中在我国华南、华中、华东、西南等地,华北和东北地区仅有栽培,通常生长于海拔1500 m以下的低洼地、溪滩及阴湿山坡地的林中。花期4~5月,果熟期8~9月[[4]]。枫杨为喜光性树种,不耐庇荫,耐湿性强;深根性植物,主根明显,主、侧根均较发达,对土壤要求不严,适合中性及酸性土壤。枫杨为速生树种,10~15年即可成材,有较高的经济价值。枫杨用途广泛,可用作建筑、桥梁、家具、农具以及人造棉原料,并且有很高的药用价值,它的树皮、根、叶、花、果或其混合物的醋酸提取液可快速治愈寻常性牛皮癣、玫瑰型糠疹、手癣、体癣、股癣等多种皮肤病[[5]],还有学者将枫杨枝叶等用于诱蛾以防治棉铃虫[[6][7]]以及茶园虫害[[8]],结果都取得了良好的效果。我国湖北多地将枫杨用于水体灭螺,实践证明,枫杨新鲜树叶或凋落物的水浸液对钉螺均有杀灭作用。
