紫金山典型林分凋落物中酶活性研究毕业论文

摘 要

本文的研究对象是位于南京紫金山的两种典型林分朴树、糙叶树阔叶混交林和马尾松枫香针阔叶混交林,通过测量五种不同林分类型中凋落物的酶活性,来了解到不一样的林分类型,其凋落物之间的酶活性的差异,并且了解到凋落物中的酶对凋落物分解所起的作用。本研究主要结果如下:

  1. 脲酶在朴树、糙叶树阔叶混交林里的酶活性最高,酶活性在马尾松枫香针阔叶混交林里表现为最低;
  2. 酸性磷酸酶的活性在栓皮栎枫香阔叶林中表现最高,在朴树、糙叶树阔叶混交林中酶活性最低;
  3. 纤维素酶在马尾松栎树针阔混交林中酶活性最高,而在栓皮栎枫香阔叶林中浓度表现为最低,在五种林分中并没有显著差异性;
  4. 蔗糖酶在栓皮栎枫香阔叶林中酶活性浓度最高,在朴树、糙叶树阔叶混交林中浓度最低。

了解紫金山内部林分凋落物酶活性以及根据研究过程中发现的问题帮助其建立一个健康的调控机制很必要。

The study of the enzyme activity of the typical forest litter In Zijin Mountain

ABSTRACT

Litter in the forest is a very vital role in the decomposition of Forest ecosystem.And it is also a vital part of forest ecosystem.Litter coverage is a good way to improve the soil properties,and it can also enrich the soil animal species.The activity of different enzyme is not the same.Then they will be not the same in the course of litter decomposition.In this process,Enzyme activity is affected by the biological and abiotic factors.Biological factors mainly include microbial communities and the chemical composition of litter itself,Some abiotic factors include climate factors such as temperature, humidity, pH, etc.

This article takes five kinds of typical forest of Nanjing Zijin Mountain as the main research object.We will know the difference to different forest types of enzyme activity by measuring the concentration of enzyme activity in five different forest types,Thus we can also learn about the litter in the enzyme for the part of the litter decomposition.The analysis tells that,

(1)Urease in hackberry, rough leaf broadleaf tree forests have the highest concentration of enzyme activity,while have the minimum enzyme activities In pinus massoniana liquidambar needle broad-leaved forests ;

(2)Acid phosphatase enzyme activity were highest in quercus variabilis liquidambar broad-leaved forest,In the hackberry, rough leaf tree mixed enzyme activity is the lowest;

(3)Cellulase enzyme activity in the mixed masson pine needle oak leaf is the highest,while the activity is the lowest in quercus variabilis liquidambar broad-leaved forest.And enzyme activity concentration in five forest types there were no significant difference;

(4) Invertase activity were highest in quercus variabilis liquidambar broad-leaved forest,while enzyme activity were lowest in Hackberry, rough leaf tree forest;

Litter decomposition is a key link in the global carbon balance,Litter decomposition rate determines the release of the ecological soil nutrient in the system,It is very necessary to understand enzyme activity of internal Zijin Mountain forest litter and then it can help to build a healthy regulatory mechanism according to the problems found in the study.

1 前言

1.1研究背景

全球碳循环问题正在受到广泛的关注,早在19世纪,就有前人科学家触及到了对森林凋落物研究,但较为系统全面的研究一直到20世纪50年代才算真正开始[2]。后来人们开始逐渐将眼光投向凋落物层的研究,有一些国家在这方面做了大量的实验工作,这才使人们对凋落物的认知开始逐渐深入,从单一地研究凋落物,到研究凋落物在整个生态系统中所起到的作用[3]

林木的凋落物对于恢复土壤肥力具有重要意义,林分类型不一样,则他们的凋落物成分不一样,便又会导致土壤微生物的区系以及各种酶的活性也会有所差异,进一步则会影响到土壤有机质的转化[4]。Criquet的研究发现,凋落物以及土壤的酶活性动态,对于凋落物的分解有着很重要的影响,而且他们的活性也会受到土壤的水热条件或其他条件的影响,以及凋落物质量也会对酶活性起到制约作用[5]

目前国内外对于森林凋落物的研究已经有不少,森林中的凋落物和土壤中的酶都参与了凋落物的分解过程,而且在森林生态系统的物质循环、能量流动中都发挥着很重要的作用[27],国内外的学者多侧重研究土壤酶或凋落物,但对于凋落物中酶活性的研究以及其对于整个森林生态系统所发挥的作用的结论还不够完善。
