林窗尺度对侧柏人工林凋落物中酶活性的影响毕业论文

摘 要

本研究以徐州侧柏(Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco)人工林3种不同尺度林窗(S林窗:半径4m、M林窗:8m、L林窗:12m)及对照样地(未开设林窗)为对象,采用凋落物分解袋法,研究了3种林窗尺度对凋落物中6种酶活性的影响。得到以下结果:与对照样地相比,(1)L林窗在春季酸性磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶和纤维素酶影响显著(P<0.05,下同),在夏季对蔗糖酶和纤维素酶影响显著,在秋冬两季季对过氧化物酶和纤维素酶有显著影响;(2)M林窗在春季对过氧化物酶和蔗糖酶影响显著,在夏季仅纤维素酶受到显著影响,在秋季脱氢酶、蔗糖酶和纤维素酶影响显著,在冬季过氧化物酶受到显著影响;(3)S林窗在夏季对蔗糖酶影响显著,在秋季对纤维素酶影响显著,在冬季对过氧化物酶具有显著性影响。综合来看,L林窗和M林窗对凋落物中酶活性影响较为明显,但这些影响并无规律性,表现在对于不同季节酶活性或提升或下降。应在不同季节合理开设林窗,加快凋落物分解和促进森林物质养分循环与流动。

Effects of gap size on enzyme activity of litter in Platycladus orientalis (L.)Franco plantations

ABSTRACT

In order to understand effects of gap size on enzyme activity of litter in Platycladus orientalis (L.)Franco plantations,we use 3 different sizes(S forest gap: the radius is 4m, the M forest gap: 8m radius, L forest gap: 12m radius) forest gaps and control plots (no gaps) in Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco plantation in Xuzhou.compared with the control plots, the main results are as follows:(1)L forest gaps has significant effects on acid phosphatase,urease,invertase and cellulase in spring while only has significant effects on invertase and cellulase in summer.Also,it significantly affects peroxidase and cellulase in autumn and winter;(2)M forest gaps can apparently affect peroxidase and invertase in spring,however in summer it just has significant effects on cellulase.In autumn,dehydrogenase,invertase and cellulase will be obviously affected by M forset gaps and it is the same with peroxidase in winter;(3)S forest gaps has significant effects on invertase in summer while in autumn it will affect cellulase.S forest gaps can also apparently affect peroxidase in winter. Generally,L and M forest gaps have significant effects on enzyme activity but without regularity,it shows that enzyme activity increases or decreases in different seasons.Setting different forest gaps in different seasons can help accelerate litter decomposition rate which promotes nutrient cycling.
