耐盐植物的形态指标评价毕业论文

摘 要

土壤盐渍化是一个世界性的资源问题和环境问题。全世界拥有占土地面积约25%的盐渍土。盐分是影响植物生长的重要环境因子之一,不同程度的盐胁迫会对植物产生不同程度的作用,盐分几乎影响植物所有的重要生命过程,如光合作用、呼吸作用等。近二十年来,植物耐盐机理方面的研究已成为一个热点。本实验通过控制培养基含盐量,从而研究盐胁迫对耐盐植物幼苗生长状况的影响,这对于进一步揭示耐盐植物适应盐渍环境的机理和实生苗繁育具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本研究采用盆栽试验模拟盐胁迫方法,以耐盐植物榉树和金银花作为试验对象,探究不同程度的盐胁迫对其生理特性的影响,找出其耐盐能力的强度。结果表明,对于榉树而言,盐分含量相同的条件下,有机质培养基中的榉树生长状况明显好于原状土培养基中的;而在同种培养基中,浇盐含量增加,榉树的盐害指数随之增加,其平均生长高度随之减小。但是从金银花实验组中我们发现,浇盐含量相同的条件下,有机质培养基中的金银花树生长状况明显好于原状土培养基中的,并且未表现出盐害症状;而在原状土培养基中,浇盐含量增加,金银花的盐害指数随之增加,其平均生长高度随之减小。并且,金银花的耐盐能力高于榉树的耐盐能力。

The Evaluation Morphological Indicators of Salt-tolerance plants

ABSTRACT

Soil salinization represents an increasing resource and environmental problem. Although the world’s land surface occupies large area, 25% of the area are saline soil. Plant salt tolerance ability evaluation is the foundation of plants’ introduction, breeding and selection. It is also a comprehensive reflection of plants’ morphology and physiological adaptation. It is related to whether a plant can grow better in the environment. However, Salinity is one of the important environmental factors which affect the growth of plants. Different levels of salt stress will produce different degrees of effects on plants. Salt affected almost all the important life processes of plants, such as Photosynthesis, respiration and so on. Great effort has been undertaken to improve this problem in recent twenty years. In this study, by controlling the salt content in the medium to find the relationship between salt tolerance plant seedling growth and soil salinity on salt stress. This has important theoretical and practical significance to further reveal the mechanism of salt-tolerant plants and seedlings adapt breeding saline environment. We use the pot experiment simulating salt stress method to explore the different degree of effects of salt stress on its physiological characteristics. We treated the salt tolerant plant Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz and Lonicera japonica Thunb as the experimental objects. The results show that, as for Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz, if under the condition of pouring same level of salt, Growth of saplings in the organic medium is significantly better than those living in the undisturbed soil medium. When it is in the same medium, with the Pouring salt content increasing, Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz salt injury index increased, the average growth height decreased. But we can find it from the the experimental group of Lonicera japonica Thunb that if under the condition of pouring same level of salt, Growth of saplings in the organic medium is significantly better than those living in the undisturbed soil medium. And the saplings in the organic medium showed no symptoms of salt injury. In the undisturbed soil medium, with with the Pouring salt content increasing, Lonicera japonica Thunb salt injury index increased, the average growth height decreased. What’s more, the ability of salt tolerance of Lonicera japonica Thunb is higher than Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz. Plant salt tolerance ability evaluation is the foundation of plants’ introduction, breeding and selection. It is also a comprehensive reflection of plants’ morphology and physiological adaptation. It is related to whether a plant can grow better in the environment.
